Please note that when using extrafootnotefeatures option, the footnote rule
will be as wide as the text width and \autofootnoterule, \rightfootnoterule,
\leftfootnoterule, and \textwidthfootnoterule commands have no effects.
Please also note that if you redefine \baselinestretch command or change
the value of \baselineskip primitive before \paragraphfootnotes command,
then you may get Arithmetic Overflow error. You should change these after using
\paragraphfootnotes command.
