بله کاملا پاک کردم و بعد نصب کردم.It seems to me that you have installed basic MacTeX. I expected that you would install full MacTeX, the one with 2.4GB of size.

Anyway, if it is not fixed and you are not in a hurry, email me. I will be in Tehran next week and I can have a look at your computer if you want but that has to be organised
